Why house edge changes rakeback

Rakeback is not a flat percentage of total wager. Stake calculates it from estimated theoretical loss. The calculator shows both figures.

Enter the house edge for each game

House edge can vary by title, rules and strategy. Presets are starting points only. If a game publishes its own edge, replace the preset with that value for a closer estimate.

FAQ

Questions about this calculator

How is Stake rakeback calculated?

Stake describes rakeback as 3.5% of estimated theoretical loss. The calculator applies that published rate to each activity row.

When is Stake rakeback available?

Rakeback is included from Bronze VIP. A new player may also unlock it before Bronze by registering through a valid affiliate offer.

Why is rakeback not a fixed percentage of wager?

Different games have different house edges. The same wager can therefore create a different theoretical loss and a different rakeback amount.

How does sportsbook rakeback work?

Stake applies a default 3% theoretical house edge to sportsbook wagers for rakeback. Voided and cashed-out bets do not qualify.

Can I combine several games?

Add up to five activity rows with separate wager amounts and house-edge assumptions to calculate a combined result.
